A Power of Attorney is a document that gives authority for someone to act on your behalf.

This is important for a number of reasons, such as allowing another person to sign documents on behalf of the person granting that power. For instance, if the grantor cannot be present at a particular location on the day the signing is required.

There are usually two types of Power of Attorney, a General Power of Attorney or a Special Power of Attorney, the latter is limited for a particular purpose.

Opus Law Intl. can advise draft and provide the necessary Lawyer Notarial Service to witness and legalise a Power of Attorney.
